Bulbo-licious and Seduct-illating

a poem about the moon

A transparent light bulb hangs in the foreground lit up and you can see the filaments inside. More light bulbs are out of focus in the background.

Last night, I savored

the lunar view,

feasted my eyes upon

a goldenrod glute;

bulbo-licious.

Thongs of lacy, silk clouds

arcing round the half mass.

The moon taunted and teased

in the most titillating way,

their craters and all

took my breath away.

Seduct-illating.
