Constant You.

A constant.

Your return home from work.

Like my heartbeat, steady, perpetual.

Dependable.

Rhythm of life.

Flutters.

My stomach, my heart, my eyes

as you drop your things and

kiss my neck.

You stir me.

Mixing chemicals that excite,

that pleasure, that savor

crafting a tonic of love

that has me buzzing.

Our eyes lock

and zing.

Our lips collide

and softness

envelops.

Your embrace

is home.

Constant.

Dependable.

Two hearts beating

together.

Dialing a signal

to heaven above.

Thanking God and Goddess, Universe, and Earth

for this love.

A clump of pink cherry blossoms.
