I relate to so much of what is written here. My friends and I were just discussing that there is a void of information specifically concerning perimenopause. We are made to feel as females that everything is hunky dory until 50 or when “the change” aka menopause comes knocking. The other thing that came up recently in a different convo with friends is that turning 40/being in your 40s feels like an increase in the amount of conditions that are diagnosed. I have had a hysterectomy so my perimenopause and menopause are in some kind of in between place…there is a gap in this information as well.
