Something in you
torques something in me.
My body stands at attention.
I am pulled.
Into the field,
vector is
direction
to you and your vicinity,
is magnitude
and it is strong.
An unseen force
is thrust upon us.
Your eyes
tell me you feel it,
too.
My heart accelerates
at the look
in your eyes.
The pressure
in this magnetic field
fissures my face,
I smile.
Nerves dynamiting
as the fissure in your face
is rounded in dimples.
Am I on fire?
Because I think about
placing my lips gently
into those cavernous
ends of your smile
while holding your
face cradled in my hands.
It is hot in here.
Our bodies
volleying waves of heat
and energy back and forth
round and round in this
electromagnetic moment.
Then, you speak.
And I realize how easy
it is to talk to you.
All those steamy,
daydreamy thoughts
delayed
and parlayed
into something more.
